Wife and canoed this lake a few times. Five stars for outright beauty.... Two / maybe Three stars for fishing. Surprised these state land lakes are not better fish producers. Maybe it's because there are no lake association stocking or whatever...

Didn't catch a single thing 2 springs ago but it might have been the weather. There are HUGE Muskies in here though. Great place to be with the wild. Loons called all night.

Lake has low numbers of fish and mostly all small. Fishing can be tough with very little to no weeds, mainly fishing rock structure. It is a little work launching a boat, even a kayak/canoe. Is very scenic but so are other places, much better places to fish and kayak/canoe. Being a no motor lake you would think would help this lake but that makes no difference.
