I am one of tonys buddies and our total is now 657 carp this winter. On february 22 we got 190 carp below the millpond in 2 hours. Great bowfishing spot

There are no doubt a lot of decent carp and smaller bullhead in the millpond. However, a lot of the larger carp and other fish such as northern, chub, and bluegill aren't really found in the millpond itself except in minute numbers. Those fish are all caught in the river and mostly upstream from the millpond. Fishing for anything other than carp and bullhead in the actual millpond is a waste of your time.
