Just caught some really nice post-spawn perch on this lake. All but a couple were under 10 inches. Most folks I talked to (and even the Warden) talked about people getting their limits of perch in the 10-13 inch range. Crappies and bluegills biting well also.
Fished using worms from a bobber set about 2.5 feet deep. Can easily fish from the western shore in most spots, but to get to the eastern shore a boat is needed. Definitely a shallow, muddy backwater, but holds good amounts of spawning fish. Not much cover either, but the few sticks and branches in the water definitely had fish near them.
