I have to say that this lake is a hidden gem. It is small being only 38 acres but provides plenty of action. The gills have a tendency to be on the small side but are numerous, the bass fishing is excellent as I have personally caught 5 bass in that lake over 20" with the largest being a 22 1/2". My stepfather caught a 24" bass just two summers ago there! There are also some decent pike in the lake with the largest being 30" for me although the large ones are far and few between. The first few weeks of june are the best times to catch large bass before the weed lines get overgrown. Use top water to cover large areas fast or slow things up with a black weedless worm weightless(just make sure the worm has a bend in it to create some action) and slowly retrieve it through the weeds. This one is by far one best lake I've ever fished!
