I'd like to say that this lake is horrible and a waste of time but I'd be stricken down from the good lord upstairs. I started fishing this lake about the time I could walk and I haven't found a lake that can compare to Camp. I have never been skunked out there, it's always a good time, and there always plenty to be caught. I will say that the lake isn't what it use to be, the size and numbers have gone down in the recent years, but I still come home with at least one keeper. I ask anyone who goes out there to let them grow a little bit longer before keeping them. I personally don't keep a pike until 28", some days 30", bass aren't kept until 17", bluegills have to completely cover my hand, and crappie have to be 12" That gives the fish another year or two to spawn giving me more fish to have the opportunity catch a few years down the road.
