i have a cabin on it and its a great lake with lots of little northernsand other fish. But i havent caught a walleye on it for four or five years.
Also the strangest thing
Jelly fish, thats right jelly fish, now none of my friends ever believe me untill i bring some back and show them they are only about the size of a nickle to a quarter and see through. They first showed up about 2 years ago and not sure if they will be there this year. They are spread out through the lake and are about 1 to 2 ft. under the water in groups of a couple hundred.the dnr said they were freshwater jelly fish and will randomly show up in some lakes up north.

Great lake for northren, also good for bass, some walleye if you can find them, and also lots of panfish such as crappie, perch, and bluegills. I have fished it all my life.

A great lake for largemouth, I've done exceptionally well fishing them in thick cover and in lily pads, using gulp's new (purple)turtle back worm, hooked weedless with a bullet sinker. By using sharp jigging motions the bass can't help but strike. This lake also holds a vast amount of Northern Pike, which strike well on buck tail spinners.
