Is there anywhere in that area to catch bullheads? Used to catch them like crazy when I was a kid.

Had anywhere from 44-46 last I was out on Friday.  

Any updates on the water temp?  Thanks!

Got out the first time Friday afternoon to calibrate my heading sensors and try my new Active Target.  I launched at the State Park and played around from there upstream.  Didn't see any schools of fish but did see many lone wanderers.  With this forward live sonar, it's fascinating to watch large fish swim through the area I'm sitting in that I'd otherwise not know they're there.  Nothing was interested in my lures.  Surface temp was 51-53 which surprised me.

Should be about gone. Tuesday evening I had supper at the Sand Bar and the ice was almost gone then on that bay. I'm betting it's gone today and will be pretty much ice free by this weekend.

HereandThereFish 211 the Yellow River/ Moon Bay area is free of ice as that completely went out about Sunday. Driving on the bridge between Big and Little Wissota this morning the ice was black and looked like it will be gone within the next day or so.

With the weather this past week and the warm up coming. How does the ice on the lake look?
