2022 Keystone RV Springdale, Bunkhouse, Propane Fridge, Solar, Queen Bed

This is a great little 22' camper that is 1/2 ton towable and easy to pull. This can fit into smaller spots, but still has enough size for comfort. This 2022 camper sleeps 6 comfortably. Two double bunk beds in the back, one queen bed up front, with table in the middle. Kitchen has a sink, stove top, gas/electric fridge/freezer, and microwave. Propane powered hot water heater and electric/propane furnace if needed. Bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. Power awning on the entry side. Flatscreen Smart TV with DVD player and antenna is always included. This unit is fully stocked and includes linens, pots, pans, dishes, flatware, and camping chairs. This is set up with 30 amp service and has an adapter for 50 amp. There is a propane generator available upon request that will run the A/C and lights. If you are camping by water, take advantage of the kayak rental option. There are two, one-person kayaks available for rent if you would like to have some fun on the water. I will deliver everything for a fee. Renter is to schedule stay at desired destination and must be at least 25 years of age due to insurance.
