This is an awesome lake for bass and panfish fishing in the summer and pike in winter. The lake is 49 feet deep south of the island and varies around. during the summer, grab your boat and fish the shorelines. This will be a great chance to catch panfish like bluegill, pirtch , and sunfish and also a chance to get some bass (state rules apply). In the winter, this is an great lake to go out with your iceshanny and tip-ups and fish (warning: it's cold with a wind). Tip-ups with a sucker minoon it is a success with Northern Pike and just a worm for some panfish. If you catch a Northern Pike that doesn't match the Michigan State rules, look closly. We have a slot limit on our lake (I think it's 24-34 inches thrown back. Bigger or lower kept). Whatever season it is, or whatever you catch, I can garentee you will have fun fishing at Townline Lake. See you there!
