The ice is nowhere near safe yet. There are plenty of other lakes in the area that have ice.

I’m desperate to know about ice conditions. I live 3 hours away, but really want to get out. I heard there is open water in the middle still, but I’m wondering if I can walk out from the boat launch and get some fishing in. Hoping it’s safe.
