Crystal is a all season lake. From smelt fishing through the ice to surf fishing for rainbows. Its very clear so you have to fish smart. Oh it has allot of rock bass in it great for kids $ 5#+ smallmouth.

This a a great lake for pulling the kids behind the boat. Sandy botton and crystal clear. You can walk out 300 feet and be standing is pure sand at 4-5' Go out a little deeper and it drops off big. This is not a good fishing lake though they do catch some perch off the drop off.
We have vacationed here for years. Good fishing is close by on Platt or Lake Ann.
