Average bass lake with some practice...Good bass lake some times of the year. Fish any of the many coves, or shallow bays early in the year...points and drop-offs after July 1st...plastic worm probably the best producer...3 to 5 lb. fish common, occasional fish over 6lb...

Catfish are most plentiful here. Try to anchor near one of the coves near the damn. They seem to strike all day and night (obviously at night more often). However, this is a pretty crowded lake. So unless you know someone who lives on the lake, shore fishing isn't that great. You're almost better off fishing the White River just down the road. But it is enjoyable to get on the lake for a morning of fishing fun, and an afternoon of jet skis and tubing.
Good luck with the Catfish.
Someone let me know if there are any good bass spots on this reservoir.

Beautiful clean lake with good fishing. Reservoir for Indianapolis drinking water. Fed by Big & Little Cicero creek and HInkle creek. Busy on weekends during the summer, but quiet the rest of the year.
