Any suggestions or recommendations for deer processing (not sausage) in the Waukesha and surrounding areas? Basically looking for butchering, not to have sausage made.

The "processor" of deer near me said he turned some people away this year and they were mean and insulting to him. He did a bunch of bagged meat for me on the spot, no problem. He said if he took in more deer the shelves in his freezer would break off the wall.

Plastic folding table from wal mart, cheap gambrel and block/tackle/pulley system + your own garage. You can have it done in an hour or so, learn a lot and save $100+.

He only wants a skin, cut and bag fellas, not full processing.
