If my son gets hunter safety in Wisconsin, does he still have to take it in Minnesota to get it Minnesota hunting license ?

I am a recently retired Instructor.  Hunter Safety certificate good in almost every state(that may have changed as they keep adding states) and all of Canada. If archery hunting in other states, better check. He's good for archery in Wisconsin for sure on bow hunting.

I would certainly check first  , but I believe that it's reciprocal  .
