Grand River Marsh Draw Down

The marsh is being drawn down this year to control the cattails.

I wonder if there are relaxed rules for fishing, netting or fish bag limits?

I think so .. About 45 yrs. ago they poisoned the Grand River. We were allowed to take what we wanted, but I recall it was mostly carp. We did net  a catfish .
