Cleaning perch in 10 seconds

Has anyone tried this? I think im going to give it a try. I'd agree and say it's not entirely cleaned with the rib and backbone are in it. Once you go boneless there is no going back. I do agree the skin is a plus in the frying pan, but it's so messy and time consuming. That walleye guy was freaky fast....

Panfish taste better with skin on. Scale first, then fillet, fry to golden brown and you're done! 5 or 6 and you have a meal.

I guess I always scale my perch in a barrel scaler. Then when I'm actually cleaning them I don't have to worry about skinning. I'm sure I can do 2-3 a minute when scaled like that, no ribs in them. Had a lot of practice back when Green Bay was 50 per person though too.

why would you waste the money on a skinz it 150 bucks is a bit extreme

While you are on you tube see the guy cleaning them in 27 seconds I prefer that method (electric fillet)
