I saw too a headline that jimmy Johnson died at age 86 and it had a pic of the NFL coach/analyst.  

But Hey its the entertainment industry where someone can die and come back to life a day later

Different Jimmy Johnson.  I'm referring to the cornerback for the 'niners, brother of Olympic sprinter Rafer Johnson.

Yea he was a heck of a coach for Dallas. I heard stories about all the times he and the owner of the cowboys would but heads over how to manage the team.

Pretty decent QB. I remember one time when the bears played the rams with Gabriel at QB. Butkus and Obadovich both blitzed and tackled Gabriel together. Wow Gabriel had a very hard time getting up off the ground from that play and if my memory  is correct, was taken off the field and did not return to play for the rest of the game.
