A little Daredevil, the action lure.

Attached is a picture of some unusual jigs that that were sold at Reinke Brothers in Milwaukee back in the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s. They were made for Reinke Brothers by my neighbor Gene Garstecki.
The flat ones have a silver mirrored bottom. His sister Alice painted the eyes on the jigs. He always used gold hooks on all the jigs he produced. Gene passed away in 1997.

Found this rod while helping to clean out my neighbors garage after he passed away. It was commercially made, has a spring steel rod. I looked them up when I found it and believe they were used for jigging lake trout thru the ice. I added one of my Dad's old bait casters to it.

Anyone ever hear of Critter Gitter's?  Made by BriteZ Lures.
I can't find much info on them.
I called Mouldy's in Chippewa Falls and they carried them at one time. Other than that, they didn't know much.

I have seen ones like that, very cool creations. 

Got this Gopher lure from my grandpa when I was a kid. He got it from the lure designer in Sheboygan. The front legs paddle, and it's a pretty cool looking lure. Has anyone else seen one like this.
