bought 2 new batteries last spring stored over winter trickle charge now fully charged installed them and now nothing. suggestions on where to start? thanks!

So are the 2 batteries for the trolling motor I assume then you probably tripped the breaker Which sounds like whats going on or if you have a fuse panel check the fuses like previously mentioned. It could also be that mice chewed your wiring have seen happen before resulting in the same problem. What is all hooked up to each battery if their not both for the trolling motor would help pinpoint the problem.
