Fox Lake Big Bass Frenzy

Big Sacks Bass Club from Beaver Dam will be holding a big bass tournament on Fox Lake. August 2nd. Tournament hours will be 7am to 3pm. Weighins will start at 7am and there is a possibility for hourly cash prizes. Any questions email [email protected] or call Dan @ 920-296-4193

There is still time to enter the tournament. We will take entries the morning of the tournament. If you wait to sign up that morning please bring cash, no checks. Email me and I will send you an entry form along with the rules.

I have been getting some questions about the format. It will have hourly weighins. If you catch a 18" or larger bass bring it in and if it is the largest weighed in for that hour you win the prize. There is some strategy involved. If someone else has a larger bass already weighed for that hour, you don't have to weigh your fish. Bring it in the next hour. There is also a prize for the overall big bass of the day. Any other questions email me at [email protected]

$50 per person with a maximum of two people per boat.

I would like to thank everyone that participated on Saturday. We had 22 boats and every hour except one had fish brought in. 3.76 ended up being big bass for the event. I was very surprised that there weren't bigger fish caught. Look for something similar next year.

Still time to sign up. If you want to fish on Saturday you can sign up Saturday morning at Fish Tales Bait shop starting at 6am. any questions email [email protected] if you wait until Saturday morning to sign up please pay with cash.
