every thing i read on turkey articles says turkeys will avoid all obsticles coming in to a call but one of the places i might hunt this year has dry native grass fields with some what dry timber around it there are section of woods with dry ground but alot of it is wet about 1 to 3 inch deep flooded areas spread all over and alot of the birds ive seen in other years "seem "to come right out of that wet swampy stuff. any one else hunt simmilar areas could give some insight to what turkeys do in this kinda of terrain. i always thaught turkeys mainly like dry areas am i wrong ?
