Turkey Hunting

Anyone doing any scouting for there turkey seasons?? Its coming very soon and I saw about 20 some turkeys today and the big ol toms were all fanned out already trying to get the hens alone! Not a good sign!

I took my turkey calls with me yesterday while trout fishing. After I finished fishing I managed to call in a couple of gobblers, but they came in quiet. A walked further along an old railroad track for a couple of miles and didn't get any more responses. They're out there, just didn't respond to my efforts yesterday. Plenty of sign, scratches, droppings, tracks, etc. Looking forward to getting out after drawing first session tag.
