Loons

I'm not sure if anyone else is with me here, but I have seen a lot more loons this year around the lake poygan area. Wondering if theres more loons around most places this year or is it just here?

Exactly. Loons in SE WI because of all the ice up north.

We had hundreds of Loons staging in SE WI on an area lake a few weeks ago. Numbers have depleted since than as more water opened to the north. The slow ice-off in the northern region had them bottle-necked for awhile. The big numbers will disappear soon. Enjoy there visit.
