Tri-tronics beeper collar help

I am having some trouble with setting the collar to the right frequencies. the only one that i have right is the high pich wen my dog is rinning through the field, but wen she goes on point i cant get the beep to slow down and only occur every few seconds, its just the very high pitch thats constant. I read the book a couple times now and just cant figure it out. Hope u guys can figure out what im trying to say. Any help would be appreciated. Crappie

Try calling Tri tronics. They have really helped me out before. They really stand by their products.

I have a differnet brand of collar and had several issues with it. I was always out of town and never had the manual with me to check, not that I would have used it anyways. Not a direct answer for you, but I would try contacting tri-tronics first. The help lines these people have are usually pretty good. Good luck
