CCI Stingers:How good do they work?

If you wanna do some damage, try the CCI Velocitors. I believe they're around the same price range. The thing I never liked about the stingers is that the rround is a little bit longer, so it doesn't cycle correctly in some guns. My father has a colt m22 and for some reason, the magazine won't even take the stingers.
I have them in my Ruger MK 2 pistol for defense. This thing has a 1.5# trigger and will double tap like you wouldn't believe. Explosive. When done right it will just rock in my hand and fire. I've been through over two thousand rounds in rifle and pistol and Never had a dud.
I step down a notch for hunting to gain accuracy.
They're a little violent if your not head shooting small game as they will ruin some meat on body shots. As far as accuracy I've had guns that they shot great in and others that shot them terrible. My Kimber Super America has a real tight chamber and will not even chamber them.
You did sight in your gun with them first before hunting with them right?
Very deadly. Not very accurate, I am afraid. Who knows, your rifle may like them.
For a hard-hitting and accurate .22 small game round, some old timers used to file the front of round nose target rounds flat. They said it made a difference on small game. I, however have not and likely will not try it.
