Dove Recipes

Have a batch of about 75 doves that I want to cook up for some friends this weekend. Anyone got some recipes for me to try out? I have marinated, seasoned, and eaten them like a burrito/taco. This was a good, but looking for any other ideas?

bread crumbs, seasoning salt, pepper mixed together then bread the meat and deep fry for about 2 min and they will be a juicy med rare

Marinate breasts in soy sauce, garlic and black pepper over night. Put a slice of jalapeno or other pepper of choice between two breast halves and wrap with 1/3 slice of bacon and hold in place with toothpick. Grill to med rare.
