How big is too big? I recently saw some up to a size 7!! That's crazy huge! Anybody try those giants? I know at least one guy that throws size 5s all the time, so wondering if 7 is just that much too big?

For PMs size 6 is small to me. My go to is 9 and that even includes brookie streams. This season I've been catching the big dogs on 15s which are half ounce! Got my personal best 24" on a 15 gold sinner black body with yellow dots 45 minutes before sunrise.

I catch trout up to 20 inches on size 3 all the time. Only go to bigger sizes on the big lake or during spawning runs
