I eat northern eggs all the time. Fry them up with the fish. A friend of mine just gave me perch eggs. Anyone ever try them? And if you do, how do you cook them? Thanks!

I've had deep fried perch eggs at a wild game feast once and I would have to say they were good.

Caught a bunch of suckers last weekend that all had a ton of eggs in them. Have you guys ever tried sucker eggs? You guys have my curiousity peaked, but just not sure if I can man up to trying them yet...

Fry them like eggs. A little butter, melt in pan, spread eggs out and flatten them. Salt to taste. Turn once. edit - forgot to add ---- don't turn the heat up all the way. Medium heat, if you get it too hot the eggs will snap crackle and pop.
