peel and wash taters (a little goes along way) blend them to a slurry add a litlle flour (make sure its flour i once mistook powder sugar WHAT A THEASCLE!!!!!! ANYWAY just add flour to thicken i put on a plate and use a spoon to flick quarter size hunks into boiling water boil till they float and rinse
