Here's a recipe for Christmas Goose I found from many years ago: 1 Goose, 1 bottle rum, 1 bottle whiskey, 1 bottle gin,1 bottle brandy (can be flavored) and a bay leaf and salt and pepper. Combine everything, Cook til Goose is cooked; Throw Goose away and drink the sauce!!  HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE!!!!!
