In fact. All of Wisconsin up by where you are going is great!!!!!!! The lake I have the most luck at though, is Spooner Lake. About 1,000 acres, good size Northerns (2-10+) and there is some great bass fishing. I usually go up in August, and I cast (on my ultra light for fun) with a bobber, and sucker minnow. Every cast it feels like it is gonna break. I usually wake up at 6:00 in the morning, and wait for the bite. While I wait, I would probably end up throwing an x-rap or a twisty tail 4 inch grub thingy that we catch pike on ALL the time. It is a white, 4 inch tait, called EXUDE. It is made by Mister Twister I believe. You put an attatchable spinner on a black head with white and red eyes, and cast at docks. My first year there, I caught a 3 pounder for my biggest, the next year a 5 1/2 pounder (brought in and netted all by myself

) and last year, I got a 7 pounder. This year, I am trying to break my record of 10 1/2 pounds!!!! But, I've kind of talked a lot, so I should be done here. Good luck!!!!
