In regards to fishing cribs, I personally like so stay on the outter edges of them where I can draw the larger bluegills away from their cover. It depends on how they are biting, and other structures in the water.

Just bought some J and S Custom plastics.  Really like the way they look and smell.  Have not tried them yet.

Will give them a try Sat. and post a report on how they work.  Just heard from a buddy that we have 4-6 inches of ice in the Eagle River area up here.  Been very cold up here for 4 days.

Can't go wrong with gill pills, rat finkies or moon glows for panfish jigs.  There are so many out on the market these days.  Just gotta get out and try em.  Good luck and be safe!
