Fishing mainly stained water and flowages. What line color do you prefer in an 80-100 lb braid? Red, yellow tint, green? I've always gone green but have seen some different colors I wouldn't mind trying. Does it make a difference?

Makes absolutely no difference, as muskies are an ambush predator. You make them mad enough, they are going to attack whatever you have on the end of that line whether it's a bait with all sorts of hardware hanging off of it or a chicken carcass from last nights dinner. I've had plenty of success on both clear and stained waters using green line, white line and black line. Doesn't make a lick of difference.

I also don't think it matters much. I also second the red line comment. I had pink hands and a pink stain on my white shirt from the red power pro.

I try not to use a color that clashes with the color of my rod when I figure-8. Seriously, the lure has 3 big hooks and if they can't see or figure out that then they can't figure out line color. Use the best line you can cast with'

My brother caught them on high vis yellow already. So I don't know how much line color affects them. I use 80 lb power pro green line.

I used to love that white and black Tuff Line and it is still on some of my poles. But, I switched to Vicious about two years ago. Green color.

Doesn't matter. Used white, green, black, and brown. Never used red b/c it can bleed on your cork & hands.

I use white and black western tuff line..... I like that the diameter of the line is a little thicker than normal braid and super low memory. In high wind the thicker diameter prevents back lashes. my two cents
