I agree, Cedar Lake has been stocked and regulated in hopes for the new Record musky to come from. I just watched an Episode of Musky Hunter and they were fishing there and had a great plug about the lake. Lots of fish and big potential. That and because its shaped like a U, there's always a place to fish out of the wind if you need too.
I'm going on what I've been told and heard, but I'm sure there's plenty of places to find out further information. Wish I was headed up to Ontario.
Cedar Lake. 54 inch size limit means you should contact some big fish.
I fished it once when I was a kid on the musky opener. We didn't do any good. But, what I remember is that the lake is long, but skinny. If the wind picks up, there are a lot of points to fish, but also lots of bays that should be protected.
Also a good smallie, walleye lake if you are looking for some multi-species action.
