Need ammo loaded
5/12/12 @ 8:22 PM
I have a Marlin Model 1895 chambered in 40-82. I am looking for someone that can build me some ammo for this gun. I had some built years ago by Jim Biebo (sp?) on Paynes Point road. I am with the understanding that Jim has passed. I believe he used 45-70 Government brass to fab the rounds. Any body know where I can get some ammo built for this beast? It is an absolute hoot to hunt with and I am down to 7 rounds left. At my age I would think a box of 20 would do me just fine. Thanks for any help you can send my way.

A quick search came up with ammo available from quite a few places. The first link is original ammo at only $17.95 PER ROUND! The other links are much more reasonable at about $8 per box of 20.
