2012 CWD Zone deer season structure

The 2012 deer season structure was just release. Again the CWD zone with it's never ending seasons and unlimited tags will be a slaughter zone. What a joke! The NRB and the DNR don't have a clue.

The holiday hunt is the one they need to get rid of.Lots of people off during the holidays get together and do large drives shooting everything in sight.The big bucks who make it through the regular season stick out like a sore thumb in the snow.I know several taxidermists that get their most work during the holiday hunt.It has ruined my bowhunting areas in southern Kettle Moraine.

lemme see if i have this right, slaughter zone? the DNR sets the season or seasons in which we the hunters are able to go in the field and harvest whitetail deer. there is nothing tied to your hunting rights if you hunt these seasons and wish NOT to harvest a deer, from what i can tell the DNR only made it possible to hunt deer to extinction, there is nothing saying we as hunters have to harvest a deer, we as hunters controll the deer herd for the most part by harvest rates. with that being said there is a real easy fix to the "slaughter" of whitetail deer, dont do it!!. problem solved!
