Gator Guy, Not the first time ive seen that buck. Saw it last year someone had him unless there was another deer like that? Interesting gene

muzzle loader kill but still a very interesting deer.. shot last night dodge county... Its a virus in the deer kinda like a skin wart.. dont kno how this thing could even see. trail cam pics shot it in the spring with small bumps and when the rut gets closer the warts or whatever get bigger and black in color.

A little late but here is my 2012 bow buck shot on 10/27. Not certain of the shot placement that evening so I backed out and tracked him the next morning. Heard the crows going crazy the next morning in the direction he went which was a positive knowing he must be piled up. Went about 130 yards. Coyotes found him before I did but didn't do too much damage. 24 inch main beams, 11 inch G2, 12.5 G3's, 16.5 inch inside... 9 point gross 144 5/8. Learned my lesson from last year pushing a big one the same night and unfortunately never recovered him... lesson learned to wait!
