So I picked up an older ATV with the headlight mounted under the handle bar above the front rack. You guys have any ideas of how I can remove that headlight and put headlights on the front of the ATV below the rack?

You could bolt on a couple of fog lights like the other guy suggested or have your front rack customized and do it proper so they are protected... and I can help. If interested let me know. I've included a before and after picture of a Honda I did recently.

Go buy a set of fog lights and mount them on the front bumber/rack
