In 1995 I was 9 (26 now) and caught my first large mouth here. It has been an amazing lake but anglers seem to abuse the limits. I am a catch and release kinda gal and always have been. in may of 2011 they began dragging and chemically treating the lake so many fish have died due to the stress and it has effected there reproduction. I won't be fishing there for a few years until fish help rebuild the habitat. All it takes is a little less fishing the lake for a few ppl and it could make a world of difference!
