Such beautiful clean water. Wear water shoes if you plan on being in the water because of all the zebra muscles. Fishing from shore is fun and productive because it drops off so fast. Prepare for fishing in the weeds as there is a dense weed growth in most of the lake. Last night while fishing from shore, with my head lamp on , I was able to see two lake sturgeon about 16" to 18" cruising the shorelines. Until see them first hand I wasn't even aware that they were present in Upper Nashotah. Boat traffic can make it difficult to stay on a spot during the day, especially on weekends so evening fishing is going to be the best time to fish. I still haven't caught a walleye on the lake, so if anyone has found and caught the walleye in this lake please share your story and leave some details. As this lake is private access only, sharing knowledge of fishing this lake is not going to cause the lake to be overcrowded and over fished. Best of luck to all!

Diddo on what there is to catch in this lake. still trying to find the walleye. just a wonderful little lake for this part of the state.
