Excellent lake to teach kids how to Large Mouth Bass fish. Top water action very early in the morning (sunrise) during the summer is fantastic for kids. Many fish available, though average size is is 13". This is good for teaching. As day progresses you change your presentations to adapt, always catching fish to keep there interest. There is a large "No Wake" area for when the boat traffic gets heavy, and it does.
