A good rating as it DOES have a boat ramp. That is in the town of
Crescent off Long Lake Drive off of Crescent Road.
Lake is very clear and bass, crappie, blue gills ( once state record ) along with northern pike give us lots of fun. There are no trout as the plantings in the 80's have all died off. Not a lot of skiers or wave runners.

Nice lake, with lot's of potential. Entire shore is lined with up-scale homes with docks. Talked with some of the locals and they said for some reason pan fishing is poor in winter and better in summer even with the boat traffic. 3 of us fished dawn to dark, moved often and marked very few suspended fish but were able to always get lookers off the bottom, I think these were small perch.

Every one of my 22 summers have been spent on this lake with my family. My mother grew up on Squash and my grandparents still reside there. No matter where I go, I still cannot find a lake as clear as Squash. The fishing is fair but what makes Squash special is the water, best swimming lake you'll ever find!

I have lived on this lake all my life. I grew up on this lake. I think it is the best lake in the area. It is clear, has many bars and reefs for fishing. It also has a really little bay, I have never seen one like it before! It is also a big lake so you can still enjoy a hot summer day. I wouldn't pick a different lake to live on if they offered me 1,000,000 dollars!.
