Ive been going to this lake for over 15 years. There are still muskie present in the lake I spotted one last year of the newly put in Waubee Lodge Docks. Bass are the primary species and can be located easier with newly laid log groupings. Northern are common but relativly small and have caught up to 10 in an outing. I have yet to catch a walleye but have seen them caught sparatically. Outside the main holidays and at prime fishing hours there are few boats on the water and its a great lake overall.

Forgot to add in my last post. If you don't mind dodging all the water skiers and jet skiers in the summer and snowmobiles in the winter. I got spoiled being up my Minocqua and I didn't have to deal with that sort of thing. It is one busy lake. I don't even put my boat in the water I drive elsewhere to fish. Anyway thanks for letting me vent.

I have a place on Waubee, Trust me the walleyes are not that plentiful as the gentleman before suggests. There are some Northerns. The lake is mainly known for bass, it does have some good sized ones. Muskies have not been planted in over 25 years, so you can take that off the species list. If you like to fish for Largemouth Bass, this is the lake for you.
