Decent bass action in springtime, no whoppers though. Not as good in the summer. I've had most success fishing here in the evenings. I've been coming here for a few years and have never caught or seen a northern caught in this lake.

Summer fishing is good fish this lake with the fiberglass canoe. Very shallow muddy. Good gills, nice perch (Most have the black spots). SRING FED LAKE. Walked out on this 2 weeks ago when it was 10 degrees and the lake was SLUSH bad ice wouldent trust fishing the winter. I could kick down almost a foot and the hole was filling with water.
