Not a lake worth fishing. There is no public access (I know people that let me fish the lake), which would make you think it would be a good lake to fish.. but thats not the case. Ive fished this lake several times, targeting different species, and there are fish, but a lot of small ones. I think the lake commonly gets winter kill. 90% of the northern Ive caught here have been under 20" and no bluegills bigger than 6". Perch are very small as well as the bass. I see they stocked muskies in this lake in 1986, but to this date, I havent seen any or caught any... and I have definitely thrown musky lures here. I was hoping this lake would be a gem, but unfortunately, I find myself fishing Lake Alice more often.
