I've been fishing the flowage for a couple years now, and every trip I've taken here I've caught at least 1 bass over 4lbs. My personal biggest is 6lbs from here. The water is very dark and you have to be careful for stumps. Although the lake hasn't been producing the numbers for me like it did about 2-3 years ago, I've been catching plenty of big bass. I have had the occasional musky bite and unfortunately snap my line while bass fishing. Crappie population is also very high if you know where they are, but the size isn't really there. I have yet to see a pike out of here, though there are reports of them here.

love this little getaway.seen lots of wild life even wolfs.had fun with nourthens bass and bluegills.didn't care though it was peacefull and away from the ratrace!

A great lake. Hammered the gills and crappies. Tons of hit from bass on top water frogs. Great lake. Watch out for the stumps. Good Luck
