Fun to fish, never really know what you will catch. I've caught panfish, northern, walleye, and muskie all regularly. Panfish are easy to catch along the shores, and are usually small but can get to decent size if you put enough time in. Good lake to bring kids on.

Good lake overall. Lots of small mouth, pan fish and more. Good weed beds and a few nice rock piles. Depending on the day traffic might be heavy. I do recommend canoeing it if you get the chance, the rapid down to rice lake is a fun run.
