I noticed that nobody has been fishing the deep water NW of the quarry so i thought it was worth a try. 3 hours this morning and all I found were smelt. Guess thats why nobody fishes out that way.

Why are you asking a question you should know the answer to?
What is wrong with simply helping people?
Do we have to be smug, sarcastic, and pompous all the time? I wish we could just leave those behaviors to the politicians.
Fritz your attempts at business promotion might work better if you post them in the thread that was already created for Sturgeon Bay or the Whitefish posting. Good luck and have a great day.
Why are you making your own thread for this body of water when there is the same thread 4 posts below at the current moment.......

I have a great spot, catching mostly white fish but really good size ones. Fishing in about 20-50 feet of water using rapala jigs and a small sliding jig about 7 inches up with waxes. Early morning has been the best but they are biting off and on all day. Give me a call if you would like to go or email Capt. Fritz Peterson
