I haven't fished Stella for 3 years but for the 37 years my parents had a cottage on it the fishing was pretty good. Fishing the edges of the gravel bars seemed to hold a lot of fish.As for fishing pressure, if you would see 5 or 6 boats fishing a evening that would be a lot. I have many good memories fishing out there. Some big fish swim the waters. Great Lake to take kids to. Hope to get back some day with my son and grandson. Good luck out there.
I wouldn't worry about it, fished this lake many times and never very busy
Well, they know about it now. Probably be fished out by fall.
What a sleeper lake, boated a small but fat 30" Musky, CPR her, what a fight when you are set up for smallmouth and a medium action rod and 8# test line. First time I fished this lake. Caught numerous small and largemouth bass and northern pike but no walleye, I will return here for sure. This may be why there are few if any reports, nobody wants you to know about this lake and I can see why.
Any recent reports on this lake
