Thanks silver,

I'll hit the local bait shop for a map.....

Upnorth,

Know what you mean. This urban fishing (Southeast Wis) just ain't quite the same.

did some work with collecting fish data through UWSP from the treehaven station on this lake. we came up with some nice walleye and smallmouth bas, not a whole lot of panfish to speak of, allthough I'm sure they are in there. There was a sunken island to the left of the landing straight up from the deepest part of the lake. held alot of fish, always thought to would be a fabulous place to ice fish. best bet is to get a map like we had to find the spot I'm sure you would catch something. good luck Silverfish.

I caught some nice bluegills about 5 years ago but have never been able to do it again. The walleyes I caught have been small, (12 to 17 inches). I would say the smallmouth bass fishing would be your best bet. I do not fish here much anymore just because it has been so slow for me.
